    Yeah it is very necessary to back it up otherwise customers will think that is it just something useless and that you don't really provide the kind of support they expected after they saw the certificate.

    all i will do is give you happy clients and more clients. But i think both of these are important. It is more important to keep your clients happy than to gain more clients. So just remember to take care of them all...

    Yes I have to agree on that. Better make one client happy then to seek getting more. Because when you make one happy and take care then he will refer many people .
